The Crypt Lake trail is one of the top rated hiking trails in Canada.

This 8.7 km (5.6 mile) trail gaining 700 m (2,300 ft). in elevation, you travel through one of the most scenic areas in the world.

This hike starts with a water taxi ride from Waterton Shoreline Cruise Co. 
(follow link for times and rates) at the marina to the trail head across the lake.
