AVAILABLE ROLES
The following job descriptions are provided to give a basic idea of the position. Detailed descriptions are available.
Food & Beverage Server- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient food and beverage
service to our guests in the Lamp Post Dining Room and Gazebo Café. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, bus and reset tables. Occasional dish washing and
bussing shifts are also required.
Hostess- Greeting and seating of guests in the Lamp Post Dining Room. Controls dining room space and seating to provide guest with the best experience while maintaining proper flow and turnover of tables.
Bus person – Assist servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables. Provide refills
for coffee, water and other items. Prepare desserts and salads for food orders and assist dishwasher.
Dishwasher- Washing of dishes using industrial dishwasher for the dining room and
lounge. Cleaning of kitchen dishes and putting all dishes away in proper space, assist
with dessert and salad preparation.
Room Attendant- Responsible for cleaning and detailing guest rooms and public areas. Wash, fold, and put laundry away.
Front Desk- Greeting and checking guests in and out as well as telephone reservations and messages. Running a front desk computer system, daily
bookkeeping and assisting guests. The Kilmorey Lodge front desk is also responsible
for the food and beverage service
and bartending in the Ram’s Head Lounge.
Prep Cook- Assist line cooks with slicing, dicing and preparing vegetables. Make
items following Kilmorey lodge recipes such as salads and desserts. Follow proper
stocking and rotation techniques.
Line Cook- Perform broiler and saucier positions including prepping and stocking for each position. Use proper waste management, quality control and stock rotation.
First Impressions- Will maintain outside of buildings and grounds in a neat and clean
fashion. General duties that will provide the guest with a good first impression such as
cutting lawns, planting and tending to flowers, and painting the outside of buildings.
