Join the representative from one of Canada (and the world’s) premiere wineries. Find your favourite grape variety and learn how to pair your food and wine for the most complete dining experience.

Garnish and Presentation
When it comes to food, appearance definitely counts! We will show you 
how to make your food look its' best as well as some easy ways to 
dress up your plates.

Scotch Tasting
Join us for a sampling of scotches from the world renowned Bowmore Distillery. Learn what makes each scotch different...from colour to taste. Discover what foods will best complement your favourite scotch.

Mixology
This is a fun session where you will learn how to build some interesting and unique cocktails. Make up your own recipe or experiment with some old favourites. The best part is... taste testing is mandatory!

Sometimes it seems unfair to all those unattached people out there, that in order to come to a great place like the Kilmorey Lodge, they have to be surrounded by couples! So, for all you intrepid people who would like to get away on your own or with a roommate, we can plan a couple free, aggravation free and responsibility free weekend! 

On Friday evening we like to feature a Welcome Bonfire on the lake side of the lodge. We provide the s'mores and hot drinks while you have an opportunity to mingle and get to know the rest of the weekend guests.  We have also provided Clay's Original Wild West Roping Lessons and Ghost Stories around the campfire!

 Sleep in on Saturday morning before joining us for a Champagne Brunch in the Ram's Head Lounge. A Continental Breakfast Buffet with complimentary Champagne and Orange Juice will be provided as part of the package. 

Fun activities on Saturday afternoon include a crazy scavenger hunt and a fun mixology session.  You may prefer to take a free afternoon to relax in front of the fireplace or go snowshoeing. In the evening we are pleased to present a cocktail reception with delectable hors d'ouevres followed by a special five-course dinner in the award winning Lamp Post Dining Room with "Captain's Tables" of four to six people with assigned seating. During dinner, your table may like to take the opportunity to split a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list or linger after dinner and try one of our feature libations. On Sunday morning, leave your favorite P.J.s on and join us once again in the Lamp Post Dining Room for a Pajama Breakfast before heading back out into the "real world".

The Kilmorey Lodge and Henry of Pelham Estate Winery are pleased to present a winemakers dinner.  Meet Paul Speck, Henry of Pelham winemaker, in an intimate social setting.  Our team of talented chefs will prepare a mouth-watering gourmet five-course dinner.  Each course will be paired with a Henry of Pelham VQA wine, hand selected by Mr. Speck who will be present to discuss the selections and enlighten 
you on the art of wine!

Winemakers Dinner package includes:
