thereby producing our unique Southern Alberta flavour.

We create all our recipes in the most health conscious
fashion possible. In addition, we are pleased to substitute sauces
or alter recipes according to the needs or desires of our guests.

Creamy butter blended with crumbly Danish blue cheese
and chopped parsley will melt tantalizingly over your steak.
Red Wine Sauce
Our talented sauciers sear bits of bacon and onion in butter and garlic before
deglazing the pan with the
ripe black cherry flavour of Tinhorn Creek's Pinot Noir.
Forestière
Fresh sliced button mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter and
infused with the smoky oak flavour of Tinhorn Creek Chardonnay.
Brandy Peppercorn
Cracked black peppercorns encrust your juice seared steak. Topped with a spicy
sauce of
whole pink and green peppercorns deglazed in St. Remy's Napoleon brandy
