A retreat without interruption, where strategies, plans and goals are developed in a peaceful environment. During the winter months, our guests enjoy the pleasure of having the Park all to themselves. The fresh mountain air, incredible scenery and closeness to nature seems to add vitality to your discussions.
The intimate Meeting Room in the Kilmorey Lodge seats 10 people boardroom style. With a view of the mountains and plenty of natural lighting, this room is the perfect locale for an intimate business meeting. Coffee service and full use of audio/visual equipment is included.

This room provides an elegant, private atmosphere for conferences, seminars and meetings of up to 60 people. This large room is subdivided into two areas by a half-wall, and allows seating for 30 people on each side. Tables can be setup in a variety of styles according to your group’s needs.
The semi-private space of the Ram's Head Lounge is conducive to a more intimate, relaxed meeting. With seating for up to 20 people, the Lounge serves as an excellent locale for an afternoon of brainstorming or an evening seminar or reception.
Group functions are always a pleasure in the comfortable surroundings of the Library Lobby. The casual
living room with fieldstone fireplace lends to a relaxed atmosphere for your small informal meeting or presentation. The Library seats up to 20 people, with chairs arranged theatre style.
Morning and afternoon Coffee Service is available for your meeting upon request. Special features can be provided such as assorted pop, fruit juice, fruit platters or hot muffins.
| Audio and Visual Equipment |
The Kilmorey Lodge will supply your meeting with the use of all audio and visual equipment free of charge. Equipment includes: Flip Charts, Screen, Overhead Projector, TV, VCR and Lectern.
It would be our pleasure to provide special VIP treatment for your important guests. Courtesies such as Fresh-Cut Flowers, Fruit Baskets or Champagne can be supplied at your request. Please let us know what we can do to add the perfect touch for your VIP guests.
