On the main floor, two large suites are designed as Barrier Free (wheelchair accessible). Both of these suites have cozy Queen beds with canopies, comfortable sitting areas, and spacious washrooms.

Delicious soups made fresh daily with original Kilmorey Lodge recipes. Choose from a rich creamy soup or a traditional hearty broth.

Baked French Onion Soup
Our old world Quebec recipe uses sweet white onions simmered in consommi and enriched with Cordier Cuvie Imperiale red wine. Finished in the oven with croutons and sizzling emmental cheese.

Tossed Field Greens 
A blend of raddichio, red oak, dandelion greens, endive, red leaf and spinach tossed with carrots, alfalfa sprouts, red cabbage, cucumbers, radishes topped with a tomato wedge.
 Served with your choice of dressing. 

Caesar Salad Roma
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with our creamy caesar dressing. 
Crowned with parmesan cheese, herb spiced croutons and a squeeze of lemon.

Pan fried leeks crown seasonal grilled scallops drizzled with
a black bean vinagrette on a traditional Italian cornmeal polenta.

Mediterranean Crostini
A delicious combination of cilantro, tomatoes, and red and green onions,
tossed in a delectable honey balsamic vinagrette. Served with an olive oil toasted crostini.

Maple Whisky Prawns
One of our most popular appetizers is back!
Six succulent black tiger prawns sautied with maple infused Forty Creek Canadian 
whisky and a hint of crushed garlic.  Served with our delicious garlic toast.

Rosemary Bison
Tender bites of prairie bison with fresh rosemary sprigs. Grilled and resting on a sweet triple berry compote of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and chambord liqueur. Garnished with spring mix field greens.


Curried Couscous
An enticing vegan-friendly combination of Mediterranean pasta with a medley of fresh vegetables in a medium flavoured curry sauce enhanced with banana, apple and pineapple.

Pasta Light Delight
This heart healthy item features linguine noodles tossed with sliced mushroom, tomato, artichoke and fresh basil. Topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Lasagna avec Ligumes
Roasted pine nuts are the unique touch in this vegetarian lasagna layered with cottage cheese, zucchini, eggplant and tomato sauce. Generously laced with cheddar, jack and parmesan cheese. Served with crisp field greens and garlic toast.


Alexander the Great
Moist grilled chicken breast simmered in our Napolean brandy mushroom cream sauce. 
Complimented with a garnish of brandied grapes and saskatoon berries.

Kilmorey Cordon Bleu
Tantalizing breaded breast of chicken enveloping black forest ham and smoked gruyhre cheese. Baked to perfection and finished with a Tinhorn Creek Pinot Noir garlic mushroom cream sauce.


Seafood Medley
Tempting halibut is crowned with scallops and prawns then blanketed with a cream sauce of tarragon, red onion and Henry of Pelham Sauvignon Blanc.

Cedar Salmon
Aromatic west coast woodsy flavour infuses the delicate salmon fillet we oven bake on a plank of cedar. Finished with a delightful Tinhorn Creek Pinot Noir herb reduction. 
The branded cedar plank is yours to take home.

To please each palate and satisfy all appetites, we have created four different 
gourmet sauces and toppings to adorn the size and cut of steak you prefer. 
We are proud to serve only carefully selected Prime Alberta Beef.

Gourmet Cheese
Creamy butter blended with crumbly Danish blue cheese 
and chopped parsley will melt tantalizingly over your steak.

Red Wine Sauce
Our talented sauciers sear bits of bacon and onion in butter and garlic before
 deglazing the pan with the ripe black cherry flavour of Tinhorn Creek's Pinot Noir.

Fresh sliced button mushrooms sautied in garlic butter and 
infused with the smoky oak flavour of Tinhorn Creek Chardonnay.

Brandy Peppercorn
Cracked black peppercorns encrust your juice seared steak. Topped with a spicy sauce of 
whole pink and green peppercorns deglazed in St. Remy's Napoleon brandy and mellowed with cream.

Go back in time with six ounces of the most tender cut of grass fed buffalo from southern Alberta's High Country Ranch. Chargrilled to your ideal temperature and accompanied by a sauce of
 Auchentoshan Select scotch, dark chocolate, blackberries, sugar and red onion.

Cornish Game Hen
A delectable whole Cornish game hen roasted golden
and topped with an almond cranberry sauce.

Indian Curry Almondine
This long time Kilmorey favourite is swimming with scallops, prawns, calamari, crab meat
bite size shrimp and cod in a medium flavoured curry sauce featuring fresh fruit and coconut milk.
Garnished with slivered almonds and served over chef's rice.
